Terms & Conditions

1.1 Each voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of inauguration of Casa das Águas Sagradas.

1.2 The voucher must be presented digitally or physically at the time of booking.

1.3 Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

1.4 Casa das Águas & Prana reserve the right to verify the authenticity of any voucher.

2.1 Vouchers are fully transferable to another person.

2.2 The new holder must provide the voucher code, registry number, and the original donor name for verification.

2.3 Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances, including changes in personal circumstances, travel restrictions, or inability to attend.

3.1 All experiences must be booked at least 30 days in advance.

3.2 Bookings are subject to availability, seasonal schedules, and facilitator availability.

3.3 Casa das Águas & Prana may propose alternative dates if the requested dates are unavailable.

3.4 A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from the team.

4.1 Each voucher corresponds to a specific package tier and one of two options (A or B).

4.2 Each option has its own duration, activities, and inclusions, as described at the time of donation.

4.3 Activities may vary slightly depending on weather, facilitator availability, or operational needs.

4.4 Casa das Águas & Prana reserve the right to adjust activities while maintaining the overall value and intention of the experience.

Unless explicitly stated, vouchers do not include:

• Transportation to or from the retreat location
• Travel insurance
• Meals (unless specified in the package)
• Personal expenses
• Additional services not listed in the package description
• Medical or psychological evaluations required for participation

6.1 Participants may request to reschedule their experience up to 20 days before the retreat start date.

6.2 Requests made within 19 days of the retreat start date may result in the voucher being marked as redeemed.

6.3 No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) automatically mark the voucher as redeemed.

6.4 Casa das Águas & Prana reserve the right to reschedule retreats due to:

• Severe weather
• Safety concerns
• Facilitator illness
• Operational or environmental conditions

In such cases, the voucher remains valid and will be rescheduled without penalty.

7.1 Participants must disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to attending, by answering a Health Questionnaire.

7.2 Plant Medicine Retreats require a health screening and may not be suitable for everyone.

7.3 Casa das Águas & Prana reserve the right to decline participation if safety concerns arise.

7.4 Participants agree to follow all safety guidelines and facilitator instructions during the retreat.

By redeeming a voucher, participants agree to:

• Respect the land, water, and natural environment
• Honor the community and sacred spaces
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for other participants
• Follow facilitator guidance at all times
• Uphold values of sustainability, consciousness, and mutual respect

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

All donations directly support:

• Ecological regeneration
• Water and forest protection
• Sustainable and regenerative construction
• Community development
• Educational and spiritual programs
• Preservation of medicinal plant traditions
• The long-term vision and legacy created by Chandra, founder of Prana & Casa das Águas

10.1 Casa das Águas & Prana are not responsible for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow instructions
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Travel delays or cancellations
• External circumstances beyond our control

10.2 Participants attend all activities at their own risk and responsibility.

Redeeming a voucher implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Casa das Águas & Prana reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
