Five phases. One living sanctuary.

The development of Casa das Águas Sagradas unfolds through interconnected phases that transform the land, the infrastructure, and the community — each one built on the last.

  1. Phase 1
    01

    Foundations & Essential Infrastructure

    Land registration, technical planning, borehole drilling, water reservoir, ecological sanitation, generator, and access pathways.

  2. Phase 2
    02

    Eco-Accommodation & Operational Structures

    One large yurt, four eco-bungalows, dry toilets, biodigesters, and the first communal areas. The retreat receives its first guests.

  3. Phase 3
    03

    Regenerative Land Development

    Large-scale native reforestation, soil restoration, regenerative agriculture, and water management — swales, ponds, natural filtration.

  4. Phase 4
    04

    Community Development & Expansion

    Ceremonial space, community kitchen, learning center, and partnerships with facilitators, healers, and regenerative practitioners.

  5. Phase 5
    05

    Consolidation & Long-Term Sustainability

    Monitoring ecological impact and well-being. The sanctuary becomes self-sustaining — economically, socially, environmentally.
